"Dalektor Who" - The NEXT Who!

We have all heard that Chris Ecclesgone quit the role after just 13 episodes, and once again the quest is on to find a new actor. In the spirit of "equal opportunities", Dalek World feels that rather than being predictably white, anglo-saxon, and male, or semi-radical by being female, the producers should take the very bold and innovative step of casting a DALEK!!!

If we can be treated to the career of Sutekh on the Pyramids of Mars DVD, why can't Daleks have careers outside the show - as actors???

So here is our concept: Dalektor Who. He has a slightly Tom Bakeresque look, with floppy hat and long scarf. (We did consider doing it the other way around, but a floppy scarf and long hat just didn't seem to work for us...)

Our actor is Zog, a 1980s style Dalek, originally with a grey and black colour scheme. He has a charming smile, and once did a guest appearance on Spike Milligan's "Q8" TV series. This role showed that he could do comedy and light relief, and makes him an ideal candidate for the role of Dalektor Who.

 

He has a remodelled TARDIS: since we now know that the TARDIS is essentially organic, it can be re-grown to look more "Dalek". Some would say that the 2005 interior actually looks a lot more Dalek than any previous version.
