Description
The U.S. State Department is not a friend of Israel, no matter how loudly they say so. Sharon clings to the fantasy that America is backing him, whilst being forced to make whatever concessions the State Dept. demands. As a result, Israel has never been weaker, and Condoleeeeeeeeza is dismembering America's best ally in the Middle East for the sake of imaginary short-term gains in Iraq. The only winners are the terrorists, both in Israel, and abroad. After all, Hamas is no threat to New York or Washington, so it's a case of "terror, shmerror"... |

The U.S. State Department moves by shuttle-diplomacy, using jet planes. Any move which appears to favour Israel (according to Sharon and his friends) is in fact a sop to anti-Semitic forces in Europe and the Middle East. The State Dept. moves to protect its own interests at the expense of world peace and stability, and doesn't seem to care. |
