Description
The Histadrut is a neo-Stalinist Bolshevik organisation dedicated to the creation of sculptures made of uncollected trash bags, and to the issuing of demands for outrageous pay increases. |

The Histadrut moves slowly, if at all, and always seems to return to the same starting position after each turn, never seeming to make progress, whilst causing disruption to all other pieces on the board. The Histadrut captures by intimidation, enforcement of strikes by death threats, and being generally Bolshy. |
